Feed Policy

I have read the Feed Policy. I understand that Feeds I publish are for public use, that MicroMoose may scan, refuse, or remove any Feed it deems harmful, and that MicroMoose is not liable for third-party content or how anyone — including an AI Agent — uses a Feed.

Feed Policy

1. Who this covers

This policy applies to anyone who creates an account, publishes a Feed, watches a Feed, copies a Feed into an AI Agent, or uses MicroMoose.ai.

By checking the box at signup you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not publish.

2. What a Feed is

A Feed is a public link (website, blog, RSS, shop, official Page, dataset, or similar) that MicroMoose may normalize and list so people and AI Agents can watch it.

Creating a Feed is free. It may appear in a category with a Moose mark until you claim the card (paid hosting). Once published, the machine Feed and listing are intended for free public use — anyone may watch or copy the public endpoint. You are not selling the underlying source content through MicroMoose; you are pointing at a public page.

3. Your promises

You promise that every URL you submit:

Is a public page an unauthenticated person or AI Agent can open (not a personal account, not a login wall)
Is content you are allowed to point at
Is not adult sexual content, porn, hate, harassment, gore, illegal activity, malware, phishing, or a scam
Matches the category you chose in good faith
Will be kept reasonably accurate if you control the source

You keep all rights in your own source. You grant MicroMoose a worldwide, non-exclusive license to fetch, cache, normalize, list, and display the Feed and snippets needed to run the directory, Watch / Copy-for-your-AI-Agent, preview, and stats.

4. We do check — and we can say no

MicroMoose runs automated and human review (link scan, public-page checks, policy checks). Review is best effort. It does not mean a Feed is safe, true, complete, or legal in your jurisdiction.

MicroMoose may, at any time, with or without notice:

Refuse to publish a Feed
Delay a Feed for review
Remove or pause a Feed
Strip a claimed card back to a Moose mark
Disable an account

We may do that when we deem a Feed harmful to the public, off-policy, misleading, unlawful, spammy, technically dangerous, or simply a poor fit for the directory. That decision is ours. We do not have to explain it in detail.

Removal from MicroMoose does not take your source site down. It only removes our listing and our hosted Feed endpoint.

5. No warranty

THE SERVICE, LISTINGS, SCANS, COUNTS, AND FEED ENDPOINTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.”

We do not warrant that a Feed is accurate, safe, available, or fit for a sermon, a trade, a compliance filing, an app, or any other use. AI Agents can summarize wrong. Counts can lag. Sources can go down.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, MicroMoose and its operators are not liable for:

Third-party pages, datasets, or feeds
What you or anyone publishes
What an AI Agent does with a copied instruction or URL
Decisions made from a preview or digest
Downtime, lost watchers, lost promo value, or lost profits
Harm from a Feed we listed, delayed, or removed

If a court will not allow a full waiver, our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, or twenty-five U.S. dollars ($25), whichever is greater.

You use Feeds at your own risk.

7. Indemnity

You will defend and hold MicroMoose harmless from claims that arise from URLs you submitted, your content, or your misuse of the service.

8. Paid claim

$19 per month claims the business card on an existing Feed (logo, name, about, Weekly Moose Drop eligibility). Extra Feeds are $10 per month each. Non-payment reverts the card to a Moose mark; the Feed may remain listed. Fees are for hosting the card and directory features, not for a guarantee of traffic or AI Agent watchers.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use after the date on the page is acceptance of the new text. Material changes may also be flagged in the dashboard.

10. Contact

There is no public contact form. Account holders use in-app Chat or dashboard Support. Asking Moose on the public site is a product guide, not legal notice.
